Understand Your Anger and Use it to Advocate for Yourself
The Good Men Project
Have you experienced trauma or neglect as a child? How did you witness and experience conflict resolution in your family growing up?
For men especially, resolving anger issues can be an arduous task. It takes a consistent application of self reflection and emotional integration. You will find that you are not angry for the reason you think. It’s always something deeper than your lizard brain is telling you at the moment. Finding those "reasons" and dealing with the origins of the trauma is powerful and effective. An important step on the journey to Wholeness.
